Refunds are not offered for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or refusal to accept delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

Process for Requesting a Refund

Upon receiving your request, our team will verify the issue. If approved, we will arrange for the item to be collected from your location.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges for damaged or defective products will be borne by us.

However, a standard return shipping fee of INR 250 will be deducted from the refund for products that are deemed returnable but do not fall under "damaged" or "defective" categories.

Refund Approval & Processing Time

Once a return request is submitted, our team will process it within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation via email, along with detailed instructions on the next steps to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original method of payment. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Conditions for Rejected Refunds

We reserve the right to reject refund claims if:

The product shows signs of use or wear.

There is any tampering or unauthorized alteration to the product.

The return request is made after the 2 business days window post-delivery.

Refunds for Failed Orders or Payment Errors

In rare cases where payment is successfully debited but the order fails, a full refund will be initiated, which will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

No Refund for COD Orders

Please note that we do not offer refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. If your COD order is defective or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit, not a cash refund.

Final Decision

All refunds are subject to inspection and approval by The Bright Bunny's team. Our decision on refunds is final and binding.
