How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you used during checkout. your shipment.
You can follow your package in real time, including updates on when it has been processed, shipped, and delivered. What payment methods do you accept?
At The Bright Bunny, we offer a range of payment options to suit your convenience. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and RuPay. For those who prefer digital payments, we support UPI transactions through popular apps such as PhonePe and Google Pay (GPay), as well as Netbanking for secure and seamless transactions.
If you opt for a prepaid method like UPI, Netbanking, or RuPay, you'll enjoy a 5% discount on your order. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience, but please note that COD orders do not receive any
additional discounts.
How do I return an item?
At The Bright Bunny, we do not accept returns once an order has been placed and delivered. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re committed to resolving the issue. In such cases, please contact our customer support team right away. We will guide you through the process of assessing the damage and, once verified, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please note that for returns involving damaged goods, return shipping costs will be charged at a flat rate of INR 250. This fee helps cover the shipping and handling costs. We strive to make this process as smooth and fair as possible for our customers
How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
Once you’ve completed your purchase at The Bright Bunny, you’ll receive a confirmation email at your registered email address. This email serves as a receipt and confirmation that your order has been successfully placed. It will include details of your purchase, order number, and an estimated delivery time.
If, in rare cases, the payment is deducted but you do not receive a confirmation email or the order isn’t placed, don’t worry! We’ll ensure the issue is resolved. Simply reach out to our customer support team, and we will process a refund, which will be credited back to you within 7-10 business days. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to us.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
At The Bright Bunny, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Generally, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. However, due to increased demand or if you live in a remote area of India, there may be occasional delays.
To help you plan better, we offer a shipping/delivery period estimator on our website. Simply input your location to get an estimated delivery time for your order. Rest assured, we're working hard to get your order to you promptly, and you can always track your shipment through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
At The Bright Bunny, we understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel or modify your order within 60 minutes of placing it. After this 60-minute window, or if your order has already been shipped, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.
If you need to make changes—whether it's adjusting the delivery address, modifying the order details, or canceling—it’s best to act quickly. Once the 60-minute window has passed or the order is on its way, we won’t be able to accommodate further changes. Please contact our customer support team if you have any questions or need assistance with your order.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes, The Bright Bunny offers a range of discounts and promotions to make your shopping experience even more enjoyable. We provide a 5% discount on all prepaid orders, giving you a little extra incentive to pay in advance.
